Wingspan: 40-50mm. Green colouring fades rapidly to yellow-grey

Flight time: June-July
Habitat: Broadleaved woodland

Larvae feed on herbaceous and woody plants, including Dock, Primrose, Knotgrass, Brambles, Honeysuckle and Bilberry
